The Melting Thoughts of Ice Creams

When sweet things speak, it’s not always with a smile.
Hi friends, I’m Elham.
Today, I want to share a glimpse into my series of ice cream illustrations—though not the happy kind. These scoops are full of sorrow, sarcasm, and stories that almost got licked away.
It all started with a little boy on a hot summer day. He craved an ice cream, begged for it, and the moment it touched his hand, he lost interest. A newer distraction called, and the cone was abandoned, melting into the pavement like a forgotten promise.
That’s when the doors to my imagination opened wide:
The ice cream let out a sigh, looked at me with teary eyes, and whispered:
“You know?! I had a good taste”
And just like that, it dissolved into a dreamless sleep.
That creamy, vitamin-rich scoop left behind by a picky child—it felt like someone full of wisdom and talent, overlooked by a world too distracted to care.

To me, this forgotten scoop became a symbol—of those full of flavor and brilliance, left behind by a world that couldn’t see their worth.
I hope you enjoyed this sweet, sad, and slightly ridiculous journey through my melting characters.
Maybe next time you hold an ice cream in your hand… you’ll hear its voice.
